Kansas City Fashion Week: Fall 2015

Kansas City Fashion Week overtook downtown for the past few days - the runways were filled with beautiful models showing off new gorgeous spring designs and attendees were decked out to the nines in flowing gowns and bold jewelry. I love going to the KCFW shows in the fall and spring and this one definitely did not disappoint!

Wednesday I attended the evening show at One Light Rooftop & Pool, which featured local boutiques fashions against a stunning backdrop of downtown Kansas City. It included shops like Zafar and Garment District. I wore my emerald green t-shirt top with a wool miniskirt. I topped it off with my leather moto jacket and a deep side part, adding a touch of edginess to the whole look.

Saturday night's show was at Union Station and featured many chic local designers including Architexture, House of Cochon, and Janesko Beachwear and Jewelry. Before the show, I went to an awesome media party hosted by Ulta Cosmetics. It was fabulous and gave me the chance to catch up with my Kansas City blogger friends! I wore my Banana Republic emerald green silk dress with black bowed heels. To add a bit of edge, I threw on my black studded belt and but balanced it out with a crystal necklace.

I can't wait to share with you all of the goodies from the Ulta swag bag and tell you about my favorite products! Have a great week!
