Working Wardrobe: January 28
This week was Catholic Schools Week and each day was themed dress. I always try to join in the festivities with my students when I can tailor it to the classroom wardrobe specifications (plus if I own any of the themed apparel). Wednesday was America day and I easily picked out this outfit for the day! My new scalloped wool J.Crew skirt was a great base for the red and blue colors. The day was definitely one of those second day hair days, so I pulled my less than perfect hair up in a flapper-esque fashion with a gold braided headband and messy bun. It came together in less than 5 minutes, which is always great for those rushed mornings!
With the rushed mornings this week, I am so excited and relieved that the weekend is just a day away! This weekend should be particularly fun - I'm going to Wichita for my first wedding dress fitting! It's going to be one of those big stepping stones on the way to the wedding in June!
Have a great rest of your week and weekend!
