First Look: Fall Fashion

This day in 1936 was the first televised Major League baseball game between the Cincinnati Reds and Brooklyn Dodgers in Brooklyn, New York. Baseball is sport that always reminds me of the spring and summer, but soon the season will be coming to an end. School has started and cooler temperatures are finally coming in. I am looking forward to wearing layers, stacked jewelry, pulling out my scarves and jackets from the cedar closet, and pulling on some fun boots. Fall is my favorite season - there's just something about the leaves changing color, football season, hot chili, and the anticipation of the holidays that just warms my heart. In looking forward to this upcoming fashion season, I've researched and found the hotest styles that will make you stand out!

This fall, embrace fun prints (especially polka dots!), bright colored bottoms (skirts and pants), and patterned cabin sweaters. Top them off with metallic accessories and ankle boots. The best way I've seen ankle booties be worn is with rolled up jeans. They should be rolled up just enough to show a little ankle and will have the visual effect of elongating your legs. Peplum is still popular this season, so maybe try a peplum jacket or dress for a change up. Neon is still popular, but it will be trending more towards bright jewel tones and we go further into Autumn.
