Happy Tuesday! I'm currently loving this weather here in KC. The mornings are cool and the afternoons are nice and warm. Over the summer I bought a bunch of fancy t-shirt tops from Loft. The material on all of them has a lovely sheen that helps dress them up for the workplace. As I was perusing my wardrobe last night, I was drawn again to my florescent yellow lace skirt. I ended up pairing it with my new emerald green t-shirt top, which worked beautifully together. The addition of the black tuxedo jacket brought a bit of neutral balance - creating a sweet harmony of three colors. I am officially in love with this trio of colors! Finishing touches came in the form of leopard print heels and statement necklace.
I had so much fun today in this outfit. The colors together scream fun and summer. There are just a few more weeks of summer left and soon this skirt will go into the hibernation drawer for the cooler months. I'm trying to get all of the use I can out of this skirt! It's just so eye-catching - I can't stay away!
