Working Wardrobe: April 14

Happy Tuesday, my friends! Today I wanted to show you just how I wear "sneaker chic" at work. (Yes, it is possible!) I will admit, it does take a little work, especially when you first attempt. Plus the added pressure of looking dressy enough for work is a challenge. Yet, with a little creativity (and inspiration from Pinterest!) it can be done!

I chose to wear my J.Crew Gigi pants with leather detailing as bottoms. They dress up the outfit, but also fit in well with the sneakers. Then I added my nautical stripe T (keeps it casual, yet dressy!) and olive military jacket. I also pinned on a fun statement brooch from J.Crew to my jacket. It helped elevate the look to work-worthy, but overall did overwhelm the casual nature of the outfit. I can't wait to try out pairing these sneakers with a skirt this weekend!
