Happy Thursday!! It's one of those weeks that's been dragging on for a while now. Next week is Spring Break so the girls at school are unbelievably antsy. I am so excited for the week off. Sunday I'm driving down to visit the parents and then heading back to KC for Kansas City Fashion Week! I'm officially a media blogger for the show and I cannot wait to be there front and center next to the catwalk!
Last week, I drove out to Olathe to check out the opening of a new store, Versona. The store gave me the chance to peruse their goods and pick out a few of my favorites! Immediately when you walk in, you notice the color coordinated layout. There's something so refreshing about that organization, so you can find exactly what you are looking for! I gushed over their bright tops, striped maxis, lace dresses, and geometric designed accessories. After trying on a few pieces, I was drawn to a teal eyelet dress. I loved how it hits below the knee, which helps lengthen my petite frame. The eyelet design is a major trend for this spring and I know it will wear well into summer too!
