Working Wardrobe: February 11

This week's post for the Working Wardrobe series is today's outfit for work. Honestly, I completely understand how hard it is to pick out a cute and fashion-forward outfit in the mornings while rushing around and desperately hoping not to be late. That's why I almost always pick out my look the night before. It just takes a few minutes and gives you the time to harness your creativity to pull together the perfect pieces!

As I thought of today's outfit, I immediately knew I wanted to wear something warm after watching the 10pm weather forecast. When I think warm I instinctually go for my corduroy pants as they keep my legs nice and warm, but are dressy enough for the workplace! So I put together my gold corduroy pants with my leopard print sweater (got to add a print!) and green army jacket. The colors just work well together and the army jacket helps add an extra layer of warmth. I added one additional pop of color with my new poppy red flats, which helped brighten up the outfit further! I also brought along thin black socks in my work bag just in case the tops of my feet got cold!
