In this week's special edition of Working Wardrobe, I wanted to share with you my outfit for Valentine's Day dinner this Saturday. It's one that is not fussy without any major frills, lace, or slipping straps. Instead, it's comfortable and eye-catching with the fun mix of bright poppy red and hot pink. There's just something I love about that color combination - it's girly and trendy without becoming overdone - and it's fun to wear to work! I paired my outfit with a cat eye, hot pink lipstick, and loose waves. Finally, I slipped on my black glitter ankle-strap sandals (we'll see if they actually make it on the day of - I may switch to something warmer!). It's the perfect mix for a nice dinner out on Valentine's Day with Mikael. We're headed to one of our favorite restaurants, Chai Shai, a lovely Indian place near Brookside.
